Oceanic Discoverer, formerly Oceanic Princess has been purpose
built for comfort and safety and is large enough to provide
the luxury and convenience of larger cruise ships yet with
just 72 passengers is small enough to enable to access to
sites beyond the reach of many of the larger vessels. Oceanic
Discoverer excursions are aboard the specially designed excursion
vessel "Xplorer", two zodiacs and a spacious glass bottom
coral viewing boat. Whether your interest is natural history,
wildlife, geology, early exploration, culture, snorkelling,
coral viewing, scuba diving or just relaxing a Coral Princess

Coral Princess and Coral Princess II offer exclusive 3,
4 and 7 night Great Barrier Reef cruise itineraries from Cairns
or Townsville that introduce the very best of the Great Barrier
Reef and Islands including exclusive reef moorings, a Rainforest
experience on Dunk Island and our very own uninhabited tropical
island, Pelorus.

Our new multi-million dollar ship has recently been built
at NQEA Australia in Cairns. The ship carries 72 passengers
in 36 cabins and has a cruising speed of 14 knots.
The shallow draft of the 63m ship allows it to access
the isolated places that Coral Princess is famed for
visiting.

Coral Princess

Commissioned in July 1988, our custom-made Coral Princess
is 35 metres in length and carries just 50 passengers
and has created the basis for what we are today. Coral
Princess is based on the Barrier Reef for 6 months
of the year, and then undertakes our cruise itineraries
in The Kimberley region and new for 2005, she will
also operate as part of our 2005 Cape York program.

Coral Princess II

Our expedition cruise program became so popular, we brought ‘Coral
Princess II into service in early 1996. Also 35 metres
in length and carrying 46 passengers, she has continued
to provide the same personal and intimate experience
that we have become famous for.
